Brock M. Fargus

Brock M. Fargus represents clients in personal injury matters, helping people who have been hurt through no fault of their own. His practice includes cases involving motor vehicle crashes, pedestrian accidents, ATV accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and other serious injury-related matters.

Brock earned his law degree from Capital University Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati. He is a Tri-Valley High School graduate and takes pride in helping people from the same community where he grew up.

Brock has always been drawn to competition, whether through sports, school, or working toward a goal with others. That competitive spirit carries into his practice, where he works to protect clients from being overwhelmed by insurance claims, medical bills, and the stress that often follows a serious injury.

Clients are more than case numbers to Brock. He takes time to understand who they are, what they have been through, and how the injury has affected their lives. His goal is to handle each case with the same care and attention he would want for a family member.

Brock first joined Graham Law as a legal intern in 2020. Since then, he has become part of a team-centered environment where attorneys collaborate to serve clients as effectively as possible.

He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, Muskingum County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and The National Trial Lawyers. Outside the office, Brock enjoys traveling with his fiancée, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
