Joshua R. Graham

Joshua R. Graham helps clients across Ohio and the United States with Social Security Disability claims, including SSDI and SSI matters. Many of his clients come to Graham Law after a claim has been denied or delayed, often while dealing with serious health concerns, financial stress, and uncertainty about their future. Josh works to guide them through the process with patience, clarity, and a strong understanding of disability appeals.

Josh earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at Ohio University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2009 and the West Virginia Bar in 2010. His practice is focused on helping clients understand what the Social Security Administration is looking for, preparing strong claims and appeals, and presenting their cases as clearly as possible.

For Josh, the most rewarding part of his work is helping clients get access to the income and medical coverage they need to move forward. He understands that disability cases can take time, and he works to be a steady advocate during a process that can feel overwhelming.

Josh is involved with organizations focused on disability advocacy, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and Advocates, Counselors, and Representatives for the Disabled. He is also a member of the Muskingum County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association for Justice, and West Virginia Bar Association.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, attending community events, and making memories with friends and family.
