David A. Graham

David A. Graham has more than 30 years of experience representing injured workers and helping clients navigate Ohio workers’ compensation matters. He understands that a workplace injury can affect every part of a person’s life, from medical care and income to family responsibilities and peace of mind. His goal is to help clients understand their options and pursue the benefits and care they need.

David earned his law degree from Capital University Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at Ohio Northern University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1983. His work includes reviewing workers’ compensation claims, assisting with paperwork, working with medical professionals, preparing for hearings, and representing clients when disputes arise.

Clients appreciate David’s honest, practical communication. He explains the strengths and challenges of a claim clearly so clients can make informed decisions about how to proceed. He believes every injury deserves attention, and every client deserves to be treated with respect.

David is proud to be part of the Graham family tradition at a firm founded by his grandfather and great-uncle in 1923. He values Graham Law’s reputation for being accessible, caring, and committed to serving individuals and families throughout Ohio.

Outside the office, David enjoys vacationing, spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and playing golf and tennis with friends and family.
