Ryan H. Linn

Ryan H. Linn represents individuals, families, and businesses in estate planning, probate, real estate, and business matters. His practice often involves helping clients make important decisions, resolve disputes, or plan for the future with confidence and clarity.

Ryan earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Denison University. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. A West Muskingum High School graduate, Ryan has strong roots in the community he serves. He was also recently rated by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, reflecting his commitment to his practice.

Ryan brings a practical, problem-solving approach to his work. In litigation, he helps clients weigh risk, cost, and potential outcomes before choosing a path forward. In planning and transactional matters, he takes time to understand each client’s goals so the advice fits their family, business, or property concerns.

Before becoming an attorney, Ryan spent summers working with his father’s survey crew at Linn Engineering. That experience helped shape his work ethic and appreciation for careful, detail-oriented service, traits that continue to guide his practice today.

Ryan is a member of the Muskingum County Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association, and he has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, whether watching them play sports or enjoying time together at home. He also enjoys golfing and watching documentaries. As a proud 2015 West Muskingum Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, Ryan is passionate about following Ohio State Buckeyes men’s basketball and Ohio State Buckeyes men’s football.
